Noah and Abbey have a nature-loving dad who loses control whenever he sees someone that is doing something wrong and illegal. Now a man called Dusty Muleman who owns a casino boat is flushing tons of poop into protected waters. Noah's dad sinks his boat and goes to jail for it. After much struggling he seems to have lost the war until Noah and Abbey set their risky plan into action to bust Dusty.
